Music City STOL at KXNX – September 1-2, 2023 in Gallatin, TN on Saturday Sept 2nd, 2023.
Gates will open at 9:00am with the competition starting between 9:30 and 10:00am.
There is also a competitor practice session that is free and open to the public on Friday, September 1.
Feel free to bring folding/camping chairs or blankets for seating.
Tickets may be purchased from now until July 31 for $10. Starting on August 1, ticket sales will increase to $15 and may be purchased online or in person the day of the event. Children ages 12 and under do not need a ticket! All ticket sales are final.

Friday, September 1
- 10:00am-12:00pm – Camping and Competitor Check In
- 12:00pm – Mandatory Competitor Safety Briefing for Practice
- 12:30 – 5:00pm – Competitor Practice
- 3:00-5:00pm – Camping and Competitor Check In
**Competitor Registration closes at 5:00pm upon conclusion of practice**
- 6:00pm – Hanger Party/Evening Concert for Competitors, Volunteers, Organizers, and Local Pilots

Saturday, September 2
- 8:00-9:00am – Camping and Competitor Check In
- 9:00am – Mandatory Competitor Safety Brief
- 9:00am – Gates Open
- 10:00am – Competition Begins
There will be a minute break in between competition classes
- Close of Competition – Awards Ceremony
Sunday, September 3
- 10:00am – Camping Closes
