Hello There!
As a member of our STOL Fam, and someone who has competed in STOL events in the past, we are excited to share some incredible news with you. Over the last few months we have been working on an innovative new project and are thrilled to introduce you to STOL Nation!
STOL Nation is a custom developed platform that provides STOL Pilots and Event Hosts a suite of pilot profile and event management solutions; as well as marketing opportunities that will foster continued growth and recognition among competition pilots, events, and the STOL community as a whole.
For pilots specifically, STOL Nation is a centralized profile management system, which aims to streamline the entire STOL experience and make life easier for everyone involved. With that in mind, here is an overview of what STOL Nation has to offer you:
1. Centralized Profile Management:
STOL Nation provides a centralized pilot profile where fans and the public can keep up with your journey. It also acts as a comprehensive database for all your aircraft information and scores from various competitions, allowing you to easily keep track of your progress.
2. Easy Document Management:
STOL Nation offers an encrypted space where you can securely store and manage important paperwork and documents required for registration, such as: pilot certification, medical certificates, insurance, and more. You can also add and delete files, for the times that renewed documents, such as your COI, becomes available.
3. Seamless Event Registration:
If an event host chooses to list their event through our STOL Nation platform, registering becomes a breeze. Once you have your profile set up, your information will auto-populate the registration fields, saving you valuable time and effort. Say goodbye to the lengthy 40-minute registration process!
4. Hassle-Free Event Organization:
STOL Nation simplifies event organization by providing automated features for pilot briefings, announcer profiles, and heat sheets. These resources are available to the event host and yourself, at the click of a button, once you’ve registered for an event; allowing organizers to focus on creating memorable events.
5. Score Tracking and Integration:
STOL Nation has the capability to score all events and will gradually integrate with popular STOL events worldwide. As more events come on board with us, your scores from the events you compete at will automatically populate into your profile, providing fans & friends with an up-to-date record of your achievements and you can manually enter events and scores from any event regardless of which platform they use.
6. Event Reminders and Updates:
Our platform offers a 90-day reminder email to ensure you never miss important deadlines, such as medical certificate renewals. Additionally, we provide (optional) monthly reminders to update your flying hours and STOL takeoff & landing estimates, so your information is always current.
7. Social Media Integration and Management:
STOL Nation links directly to your social media platforms and websites. We also offer social media management services and can build pilot websites that seamlessly integrate with your profile. As a token of appreciation, we have taken the liberty to set up profiles for the pilots receiving this email, so you're already one step ahead!
